Dec 1 - Favorite Season
My favorite season is fall.
I like the cooler weather that is not so cold that you have to wear a coat. I like warming my hands around a mug of tea while I work. I like seeing the leaves change color dramatically and fall to the ground. I like watching squirrels scurry around the neighborhood gathering acorns to stash for the winter.
And, I especially like knowing that some of my favorite holidays are right around the corner where I’ll get to spend time celebrating with family and friends.
The warm colors and rich gold in this piece makes me think about all of my favorite things about fall - especially the warmth and happiness that the season brings me each year.
